The Colorado Stonewall Democrats January Maucus will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2008, from 4pm - 8pm and will once again feature Colorado Democratic Party secretary Carolyn Boller as a guest speaker. Also joining the Maucus as a special guest to share her experience and insight is 2004 national convention delegate Trish Maes. Representatives from Democratic presidential campaigns will be on hand to answer questions and offer campaign materials.
This will be Stonewall Dems' final caucus training prior to the actual event on February 5th, 2008. Important new information concerning the caucus process will be presented including the final revision of the caucus worksheet. The November Maucus was a huge success (and a lot of fun!) and helped the Colorado Democratic Party improve its caucus procedures and worksheet.
The January Maucus is free and open to anyone interested in the Democratic caucus process in Colorado, whether or not they are Colorado Stonewall Democrats members. For more information visit www.stonewalldems.org.
