Affordable housing for LGBT seniors approved in San Francisco

The planning board of San Francisco last week unanimously approved construction of a housing development that will set aside 110 apartments specifically for low-income LGBT senior citizens -- the largest project of its kind in the U.S. Construction is slated to begin in 2014.
