Battle for LGBT rights affects all Americans, Biden says

At a recent campaign stop Sunday at the Pilgrim Monument and Museum in Provincetown, Mass., Vice President Joe Biden said activists advancing LGBT issues are also promoting the civil rights of straight Americans. 

 "If I had to use one adjective to describe this community it’d be courage," Biden said. "You are freeing the soul of the American people."
