Of the song's conception, Cale says, "I was really into some swirling strings and rhythms for this, but I didn't want it to end up being too complete.  I started this with a keyboard riff that seemed impossible to play and then from there I began layering with the idea of really breaking up the comfort level with things that poke out of the track to never quite let you settle in." With tightly woven fabric melodies and noises so wonderfully elusive, unpacking its contents will occupy the ear until the album release and beyond.
