Polis to take lead on ENDA in Congress

Colorado's own openly gay Rep. Jared Polis, said last week he will take over from retiring Rep. Barney Frank, D-Mass., as the chief sponsor of the Employment Nondiscrimination Act, federal legislation that would ban employment discrimination based on LGBT status. 

Polis is also considering a run for a Democratic leadership post.
