On top of my list is excellent customer service. Excellent customer service is the bones to any business but Zolarium Tanning Studio goes above that … excellent, it seems, is not enough, because every single time I go to Zolarium the service is outstanding.
There are several tanning salons in the Metro area, some
small, some large chains, but Zolarium beats them hands down when it
comes to two things. Outstanding customer service and exceptional
cleanliness. From friendly, knowledgeable staff, convenient downtown location, to cleanliness, and efficient service, Zolarium ranks, in my opinion, as the best in town. You can walk into the salon, be greeted by name, very seldom have to wait for a bed, be guaranteed absolute cleanliness, top notch equipment, and a big smile and a thank you when leaving.
