According to One Colorado, in 2012, One Colorado Education Fund has:
- Helped start 68 new Gay-Straight Alliances in high schools -- a 55% increase to a total of 176 GSAs in high schools, middle schools, and colleges statewide
- Trained 1,500 educators to better meet the needs of LGBT students
- Released "Invisible: The State of LGBT Health" following a healthcare survey of nearly 1,200 LGBT Coloradans
- Secured funding and hired a Health Policy Director to implement our LGBT Health Advocacy Plan
- Begun a collaborative project with the Colorado Medical Society to measure the knowledge of healthcare providers and develop educational resources on LGBT Coloradans
- Expanded a civil unions coalition to 140 organizations representing 1.2 million Coloradans in support of civil unions, including more than 200 faith leaders in partnership with Interfaith Alliance of Colorado
- Generated nearly 30,000 contacts with elected officials through email, calls, and personal visits
- Launched a joint-organizing project, "Colorado Love Knows No Borders," with the Colorado Immigrant Rights Coalition
