Another Victory for Marriage Equality: Colorado marriage ban again ruled unconstitutional

A federal judge last Wednesday struck down Colorado's marriage equality ban, but issued a temporary stay of the ruling pending an appeal. The ruling is the 27th consecutive pro-marriage equality ruling to come from a federal or state court since last year's Supreme Court decision on the Defense of Marriage Act, and the second involving Colorado's law, according to Advocate.com.
