Holder: Marriage is everyone's right

There is no legal justification for excluding same-sex couples from the institution of marriage, Attorney General Eric Holder writes in an op-ed for USA Today. 

Marriage bans only serve to demean same-sex couples and restrict them and their families from the "full, free, and equal participation in American life," he writes.
