Tune in: Dr. Drew "Transgender in America" Tonight

Tonight HLN will present "Transgender in America", a special event with Dr. Drew examining issues facing the transgender community. With a studio audience comprised entirely transgender people, things get emotional as Dr. Drew about their lives, loves and discrimination.
 
Dr. Drew will focus on race in the trans community, with guests Bamby Salcedo, a trans woman who is president of the TransLatina coalition, and trans comedian D’Lo. The show will also feature people from different ethnic backgrounds, including a Native American (Navajo) trans woman, an Indian woman who could have faced death if she remained in her country, and a Japanese American trans man.
