National LGBTQ Task Force: Trump's First 100 Days Marked By Agenda Designed to Destroy Lives

Tomorrow marks 100 days since Donald Trump took office. In response, the National LGBTQ Task Force released the following statement:

"Since taking office, Donald Trump has pushed an agenda that is designed to destroy lives and roll back progress. Everything he has done is detrimental to marginalized communities. His executive orders and actions dehumanize and devalue entire communities of people—including transgender children, people of color and women. His cabinet, administration appointments and his Supreme Court nominee are a who’s who of the extreme right. He has targeted undocumented immigrants with a vengeance—dividing families and sending people back to the most appalling situations. His budget steals from programs that help the middle-class and people on low incomes in favor of defense programs that are already fully funded. Trump gets a F grade for his first 100 days," Rea Carey, National LGBTQ Task Force Executive Director.
