Denver PrideFest 2012: Pride Day at Elitch Gardens Recap

The first official Pride Day at Elitch Gardens (aka Gay Day at Elitch's) took place Monday, June 18 after years as an unofficial end of Pride event. With triple digit weather, it was the perfect day to splash around in the water park and enjoy some frosty beverages.

"Pride Day at Eltich Gardens Theme & Water Park was FABULOUS despite the record breaking heat," said Tracy Durham, Marketing Director for Elitch Gardens. "We appreciate the GLBT Community coming out to have a good time and raise money for The Center!"
