Live blogging the second session of the LGBT Caucus at the DNC: Rep. Barney Frank

Gay political superpower Rep. Barney Frank is now being introduced.

Here's what he has to say:

On sexuality: "Let's be honest if your sexuality is no big deal, you have my sympathy."

On coming out: "If people know and you don't say it, it's worse."

On being out: "When asked if they were disappointed I was gay, the men were disappointed and the women could not care less."

On flaunting sexuality: "Heterosexuals often discuss their sexuality - the only difference is that when they do it, it's called talking."

On prejudice: "Reality demolishes prejudices."

On mainstream support: "I think the majority of the country is ready to support us."

On eliminating inequality: "We're on the verge of one of the great moral victories in human history."
