The Washington Blade reports that Obama has named lesbian Elaine Kaplan as OPM counsel - whatever that is - and she'll be working under yet another gay fella, John Berry. I've lost count at this point but surely Obama's got to have more GLBT appointees than any other presidential administration in history, no?
