Judy Tenuta comes to Lannie's Clocktower Cabaret


Back by popular demand, stand-up comic/actress Judy Tenuta will be appear at Lannie’s Clocktower Cabaret, located in downtown Denver, on Saturday, September 19th, for two shows at 7 and 9:30 p.m.

Bold and bawdy, Judy Tenuta was the first stand-up comedian to win “Best Female Comedian” at the American Comedy Awards. Judy is a self-described “Aphrodite of the Accordion,” and her comedy CDs were nominated twice for Grammy Awards. She has starred in her own HBO, Showtime, and Lifetime Specials, and appeared as a guest on every major television talk show.

Judy can be seen in an upcoming Hilary Duff film, “Material Girls,” where she plays the role of a trailer-trash cat lady. She was a recent special correspondent for “Entertainment Tonight” and “American Journal,” where she conducted interviews with such public figures as Donald Trump, and Reverend Jesse Jackson. Judy is the author of “The Power of Judyism” and she has produced and starred in her own feature film, “Desperation Blvd.,” a romantic comedy about a former child star who stops at nothing to make a comeback.

Lannie’s Clocktower Cabaret is located on the corner of the 16th Street Mall and Arapahoe Street in downtown Denver. Parking is conveniently located across the street at the Park Central Garage.
