The House will not take up the Employment Non-Discrimination Act until after legislative action on the repeal of the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" law is finished,
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (pictured) says. The full House has approved the repeal measure, but the Senate has not. If the Senate passes a military-ban repeal, that version must be reconciled with the House bill before heading to President Barack Obama's desk.
