Michigan Civil Rights Commission condemns official who targeted gay college student

Michigan Assistant Attorney General Andrew Shirvell should be fired for harassing Chris Armstrong, an openly gay student leader at the University of Michigan, according to a resolution adopted by the Michigan Civil Rights Commission.
