The Gay & Lesbian Victory Fund, which works to help elect openly LGBT candidates to public office, released its
"Ten Races to Watch" list this week. The list includes Providence, R.I., Mayor David Cicilline (pictured), who is seeking a seat in Congress; Victoria Kolakowski, who could become the nation's first openly transgender judge; and Dan Hill, a young Republican seeking a seat in the Nevada State House.
