Gay U.S. asylum seekers continue to face skepticism

Asylum seekers in the U.S. who claim anti-LGBT persecution in their home country may be subject to skepticism if they aren't outwardly and stereotypically gay or lesbian, according to this article. 

"The rationale is that if you don't look obviously gay, you can go home and hide your sexuality and don't need to be worried about being persecuted," said Lori Adams, at lawyer at Human Rights First.
