The Victory Fund has so far endorsed four non-incumbent candidates for House seats, in addition to openly gay incumbents Rep. Jared Polis, D-Colo., and Rep. David Cicilline, D-R.I. The group also is backing Rep. Tammy Baldwin, D-Wis., in her race for the U.S. Senate.
