Denver Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce Offers Ambassadors Program

The Denver Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce is seeking a few good men and women. As you know, the DGLCC is a volunteer driven nonprofit organization with no paid staff. The Ambassadors Program provides representation and volunteer service to the Chamber.

Ambassadors are vital to our operations providing support at networking and educational breakfasts, business after-hours, educational luncheons, community events (including PrideFest and AIDS Walk Colorado) and the Business Awards Dinner.

In addition to ongoing operations, Ambassadors assist with Ribbon Cutting events and help new members become acquainted with the Chamber through our Buddy Program.

While Ambassadors serve in a volunteer capacity, there is benefit for service. Remember, we are a Chamber and Ambassadors are members! While Ambassadors represent the Chamber at events, they are also front and center for enhanced networking opportunities! Ambassadors who go above and beyond are honored quarterly with the DGLCC Shining Star Award for their time, effort and exemplary service.

If you are interested in becoming an Ambassador, please fill out an Ambassador's Application and return it to the Ambassadors Chair, Todd Hoyt. If you have any question, feel free to contact Todd at ambassadors@denverglc.org.
