B. Scott sues BET and Viacom, alleges discrimination

Media personality B. Scott has filed a lawsuit that accuses BET and its parent company, Viacom, of discrimination and seeks $2.5 million in damages. B. Scott claims that officials pulled him from a live broadcast because his dress and appearance were overly feminine, then forced him to change into men's clothing. BET called the incident a "singular one with a series of unfortunate miscommunications."
