"I Can Be Christian, and Gay, and Live in Alabama"

As part of HRC's Summer of Conversations, residents of Mississippi, Alabama and Arkansas are hosting conversations with their friends, neighbors and coworkers about issues of equality.

Eventually, he was able to move out of a place of isolation and despair and into peace and joyful understanding about himself and his faith.
