Lawyers angle for Supreme Court marriage case

A number of prominent attorneys are vying to have their marriage equality cases heard by the Supreme Court. Theodore Olson, the former U.S. solicitor general under President George W. Bush and litigator in the case challenging California's Proposition 8, is one of the lawyers in the mix, as he is involved in a lawsuit that challenges Virginia's marriage ban.

"Every attorney in the world, it seems, is now eager to be the one that stands before the court in the freedom to marry case," said Freedom to Marry President Evan Wolfson.
