Ky. company's decision to refuse to print gay pride shirts upheld

A judge in Kentucky ruled this week that a printing shop in Lexington did not violate the city's nondiscrimination laws by refusing an order of T-shirts for a gay pride festival. The ruling overturned a decision by the city's Human Rights Commission.
