The whole process around Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination has been troubling for our community. With the White House hiding thousands of pages of documentation on Kavanaugh’s background, and Kavanaugh receiving support from anti-LGBTQ organizations like the Family Research Council, it is up to our elected U.S. Senators to press Kavanaugh on his views on LGBTQ equality and the law.
