For Martin, pastry has always been a lifelong passion. Growing up in Columbia, Maryland, he was immersed in a world of homemade cookies and cakes thanks to his mother's baking skills. Martin couldn't resist joining in the fun, transitioning from his role as his mom's helpful assistant to becoming an ambitious young experimenter with an EasyBake oven. As he honed his skills and developed a love for cooking, pastry emerged as his true calling.
