Meet Anne & Liz - a young lesbian couple from NYC who chose California for their October 2008 nuptials. They, along with 18,000 other gay couples, were able to wed before Prop 8's ban on gay marriage went into effect. Even though their marriage certificate remains valid, their hearts are broken by the Court’s decision.
