Focus on the Fabulous, which recently made the Denver Post bestseller list, is the first-ever anthology featuring the works of all GLBT Colorado authors. It was a huge success recently at Tattered Cover in LoDo and is scheduled for another booksigning event at Borders Northfield-Stapleton, 8230 East 49th Ave. in Denver at 7 p.m. on Thursday, September 20.
My close friend Matt Kailey, Lambda Literary Award finalist and editor of the anthology, said, "Triple nippled drag queen Nuclia Waste will serve as mistress of ceremonies for tomorrow's event and will be passing the hat, or I should say, basket - but not her basket- to decide which of the many authors in attendance will read from their works. It was a blast last time and we expect to have just as much fun and excitement tomorrow. It's a great book and everybody should come out and get their copy signed by all of the authors who are going to be present."
