Can you help solve the murder of this man?


On Saturday, July 12, 2008 at the approximate time of 3:40 a.m., Denver police responded to the 3100 block of W. 14th Avenue on a report of a shooting. Upon their arrival, officers located the pictured individual, Carl E. Frazier (10/24/66), deceased from apparent gunshot wounds. Frazier is believed to have been gay and may have been at a gay bar shortly before the shooting. A short distance from where officers found the victim was his 2006 Nissan Frontier Pickup truck, black in color, bearing Colorado license plate 204-PIA.
