Brothas4Ever's annual Martin Luther King, Jr. meeting will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. tonight at "Reggie's Place" at It Takes A Village (1475 Lima St. just 1/2 block off E. Colfax Ave. between Havana & Peoria Sts.in Aurora). January 15th would have been Dr. King's 80th birthday, and this meeting in his honor will be B4E Meeting #382.
You're invited to bring a favorite quote or reading of Dr. King's to share. This is a completely open meeting and friends and family are welcome to come.
Bro Troy C. has generously volunteered to provide a couple of meat items, but everyone else is asked to bring a preferred side dish or dessert item.
Brothas4Ever will not be meeting on Monday evening, January 19th (which is the official date the MLK national holiday will be observed) due to the fact that several Brothas plan to be attending the inauguration.
