Job discrimination way up in Colorado?

The Denver Post reports that job discrimination suits are way up in Colorado. They don't list sexual orientation or gender identity, both of which are covered under Colorado's ENDA (Employment Non-Discrimination Act), but then, the categories they do list are also covered. It's hard to tell who might be discriminated against because of sexual orientation or gender identity, because many people in these categories still will not come forward.
