Hate not a motive in killing of San Diego sailor?

Petty Officer 2nd Class Jonathan Campos has been charged by the Navy with murder, arson and 14 other counts in the June 30 shooting death of Seaman August Provost, who was gay, at Camp Pendleton near San Diego. The slaying, the Navy said, was not motivated by the Provost's sexual orientation.
