Hello! I am a demure and elegant four-year old Chow Chow. I get lots of compliments about my unusual and very pretty blue-grey, almost violet, colored coat, which is also very soft. I have liked everyone I have met so far and I am more affectionate towards strangers than is typical for a Chow Chow. However, because I am quite easily frightened, a family with teenagers or adults only would be best for me. I know I will blossom in a calm environment. I walk well on a leash and I would love a yard to play in. I am just learning how much fun playtime and walks can be! I am also learning to sit and I take treats gently. I think further positive reinforcement classes will help me gain even more confidence.
