Gays are in the moral majority

The number of Americans who don't think homosexuality is a moral offense, for the first time since 1978, is higher than the number of those who consider being gay to be wrong, according to a new CNN-TIME survey.

The poll revealed a narrow split on the issue, with half saying being gay was not an issue of morality and 48 percent claiming it was.
