Ron Holland is the mayor-elect of Dillon, a
Colorado town with a population of about 800. Holland, who is openly gay, beat his opponent by 18 votes, 90-72, in a general election on Tuesday. Holland, a business owner who currently sits on the City Council, and his partner have lived in Dillon for the past five years.
