On Thursday, April 29, over 300 local restaurants will donate 25 percent of their food sales to Project Angel Heart, through Dining Out for Life.Project Angel Heart still need about 60 volunteer Restaurant Ambassadors to help make the event a success. Ambassadors welcome guests into the restuarants, talk to them a little about Project Angel Heart, and inform them of the opportunity to make an additonal personal donation. It's a very fun volunteer activity - and it makes a huge difference as restaurants with Ambassadors raise an average of $625 more than those without Ambassadors.
Please consider volunteering as an Ambassador with Dining Out for Life. There are still lots of restaurants that need volunteers ... and there are breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts available.
