Groups push Congress to vote on LGBT bills

Washington, D.C.-based LGBT groups are asking supporters across the nation to contact key members of Congress and demand votes this year on repealing "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" and passing the Employment Non-Discrimination Act, which would ban employment discrimination against LGBT Americans. Congress will be in recess for most of August, and its schedule after the break is expected to be packed in the run-up to the midterm elections.
