Gay-themed Smithsonian exhibition draws fire

Officials at the Smithsonian's National Portrait Gallery in Washington, D.C., have pulled a 1987 video from an exhibition focusing on sexual difference because an 11-second scene (clip above - may be NSFW for adult and religious themes) depicting a crucifix covered in ants has angered religious activists and provoked condemnation from Capitol Hill.
