Will military recruiters return to colleges after gay ban is lifted?

The end of the military gay ban could pave the way for R.O.T.C. programs to be restored at top universities, such as Harvard, Yale and Columbia. 

Many elite schools had blocked military recruiters from visiting their campuses because of the "don't ask, don't tell" policy. A spokeswoman for the U.S. Defense Department said it was "premature to speculate" on changes to the program.
