Neil Giuliano, the openly gay former mayor of Tempe, Ariz., and most recently the president of the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation, is now at the helm of the San Francisco AIDS Foundation.
Giuliano says the organization's goals will be to reduce HIV infections, ensure those living with HIV/AIDS have proper care and get the city's residents to take HIV tests so they know their status.
