Executives, human resources and diversity professionals, employee resource groups and lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people and allies will gather in Baltimore, Maryland, from October 29 - November 1 to consider ways to advance workplace equality.

The Out & Equal Workplace Summit draws over 2,500 attendees from dozens of countries to share strategies and best practices to create workplace equality for all, inclusive of all sexual orientations, gender identities, expressions, and characteristics.  The event is sponsored by 126 corporations, including presenting sponsors IBM and Hewlett-Packard.

“The Summit is an opportunity to learn, teach, network and have fun with kindred spirits. Together, we will move out from Baltimore, creating the ripples that will build respectful and inclusive workplaces around the globe,” said Out & Equal’s Founding Executive Director Selisse Berry.
