Justice Ginsburg predicts high court will take up DOMA

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg last week in Boulder, Colorado declined to answer a student’s question about sexual orientation and the equal protection clause, saying she believed the court was likely to take up the question in a case about the Defense of Marriage Act during the current term.
