Fraternity raises money for trans student's surgery

The Phi Alpha Tau fraternity at Emerson College has launched a social media campaign to raise money for Donnie Collins, a prospective trangender brother who is looking to undergo top surgery. Collins' health insurance does not cover the procedure.
