Is Wyo. making progress on LGBT rights?

Bills proposing domestic partner benefits and bans on anti-gay employment discrimination were defeated in Wyoming this year, but their passage out of committee may indicate a shift in the way the issue is handled by the state's dominant Republican Party. 

"I think people are beginning to realize that this is just not a big deal. The sky doesn't fall," said state Sen. Cale Case, a Republican who co-sponsored the anti-discrimination bill.
