ACLU readies suit against Calif. school district

A school district in San Bernardino County, Calif., has systematically discriminated against its LGBT students, according to the American Civil Liberties Union, which informed school officials it planned to file suit unless they remedy the situation. 

School officials have banned prom attire that falls outside gender norms and ignored student complaints of bullying and harassment, according to the ACLU.
