Ariz. will sue town that passed civil-unions ordinance

Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne said last week that he would sue to block the town of Bisbee from implementing a recently passed ordinance that provides for civil unions for same-sex couples. 

The move infringes on state law, Horne said.
