BCAP: Help! Our truck and food bank freezer are broken!

From Boulder County AIDS Project:

A few months back when we called out for emergency help to replace the hot water heater at Eaton House, we had no idea what surprises lay in store for 2013. About a month later, we found out that Big Red would need new tie rods. Two months later, the freezer in our food bank went kaput.

Big Red is the official truck of the Boulder County AIDS Project and performs a variety of functions for us. Most importantly, it's used by our volunteers to bring food deliveries to our clients. Big Red needs a bunch of work done (to the tune of $944.21), and we need to raise the money to fix it so we can continue to make our deliveries.

These deliveries also wouldn't be possible without a freezer for temporary food storage in our food bank. Every month, BCAP spends over $650 to provide meat and soy protein to our clients. Having a high-protein diet is essential to keeping a strong immune system for people living with HIV. Without a freezer, it would be extremely difficult to provide this protein to our clients. Unfortunately, the new freezer has cost BCAP $539.10.

Will you donate today so we can raise $944.21 for our truck repairs and $539.10 to replace our freezer? Our clients are counting on our food deliveries and high protein items in the food bank.
Please help us fix our truck and replace our freezer!
