Ugandan anti-LGBT law struck down by court

A Ugandan law that imposes a life sentence for homosexuality is "null and void," the country's Constitutional Court ruled today. Parliamentarian Speaker Rebecca Kadaga acted illegally by allowing the legislation to be voted on without a quorum, the court noted.
