Canteen Outlaws, the new label from veteran LGBT giant TLA Releasing, has announced the DVD release of Miguel Ferrari's My Straight Son (Azul Y No Tan Rosa),
following a wildly successful run on the LGBT film festival circuit.
Ferrari flipped the classic story of a gay child trying to win a
straight parent's approval in this Spanish language tale of a gay father
trying to reconnect with his unaccepting straight son.
For
this, the famous telenovela actor took home the Best Feature Film
Director Award at Long Beach QFest and the film won Best Iberoamerican
Film at the Goya Awards.
